Engelbert Paschek, MS (Business Analyst)

Engelbert Paschek works as associate in Bioscience Valuation's German office. Among his duties are the development of financial models and statistical methods to evaluate pharmaceutical projects, portfolios and companies in the presence of uncertainty. In addition, Engelbert analyses stock price movements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies to determine drift, volatility, jump size and -frequency in relation to value-driving events and the macroeconomic environment. He is experienced in discrete mathematics, combinatorics, stochastics and game theory.
Engelbert studied technical mathematics in Innsbruck (Austria) and wrote his Masters thesis about the practical application of the concepts of game theory.
